Delivery & Returns
AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY
Orders will be confirmed within 24-48 hours during normal business days. Most items will ship within 5 business days provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If we are unable to reasonably acquire additional stock, we will advise you as soon as possible via email and refund the full purchase price to your credit/debit card immediately.
Custom and fine jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.
We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.
Please note that any of our pieces can be customized with 14K, 18K and your choice of gemstones. Items you see on the official Meghna Jewels Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
What is your shipping method?
We ship all of our jewelry via UPS Next Day Delivery. All of our pieces are fully insured while in transit, and must be signed for when received.
Do you ship internationally?
We serve customers around the world via FedEx International Priority. Shipping times vary, depending on the destination country, and take approximately 3–15 business days. All pieces are fully insured during transit time and are subject to all duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
What is your return policy?
Meghna Jewels gladly accepts returns on all other items within two weeks of order delivery for a full refund or exchange. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.
1. To return an online purchase, please contact email@example.com. In the subject line, please include RETURN, your name, and the order number. You are responsible for insuring your own return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as we will NOT be liable for loss or damage to until we receive the goods. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
2. All Special Order, Custom and Bespoke pieces are Final Sale, and not eligible for returns or refunds.
